How we handle the information you send us.

1. Who collects your information

2. What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus the minimum technical data needed to deliver and protect the site:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling. We do not buy contact lists.
3. Why we may process it (legal bases)
- Your consent — you tick the box before submitting the form.
- Steps prior to a contract — replying to your enquiry and preparing a possible engagement.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and free of automated abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Where it is processed
ZESENCHAIN operates from China. If you contact us from outside China, your information will be transferred to and processed in China, and on Cloudflare's global network. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. If you would rather not, simply email us instead of using the form.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation — deleted within 12 months.
- Enquiries that lead to a project — kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
- Rate-limiting records — automatically expire within 24 hours.
7. Your choices
Write to sales@zesenchain.cn at any time to ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. We will act on it and confirm in writing, normally within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to ZESENCHAIN. We keep access to the minimum number of people needed — currently the founder.
9. Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above and, where a project is running, tell you directly.

2. 我们收集什么
只包括你在询盘表单里填写的内容，以及为提供和保护网站所必需的最少技术数据：

我们不使用追踪 Cookie、广告像素或跨站画像，也不购买联系人名单。
3. 处理的依据
- 你的同意 —— 提交表单前你需要勾选确认。
- 订立合同前的必要步骤 —— 回复询盘、准备可能的合作。
- 正当利益 —— 保障网站安全、防止自动化滥用。

我们不出售你的信息，也不会提供给广告商。
5. 数据在哪里处理
泽森在中国境内运营。如果你从中国境外联系我们，你的信息将被传输至中国境内以及 Cloudflare 的全球网络进行处理。提交表单即表示你同意该传输。如你不希望如此，可以直接发邮件给我们，不使用表单。
6. 保存多长时间
- 未进入沟通的询盘 —— 12 个月内删除。
- 进入项目的询盘 —— 保存至合作结束，并在适用的财务与税务法规要求的期限内留存。
- 频率限制记录 —— 24 小时内自动过期。
7. 你的权利
你随时可以写信到 sales@zesenchain.cn，要求查看、更正或删除 我们持有的你的信息，或撤回同意。我们会处理并书面确认，通常在 30 天内完成。撤回同意不影响此前已进行的处理。
8. 安全
传输过程全程加密（HTTPS）。询盘数据存储在 Cloudflare 基础设施上，仅泽森可访问。 我们把访问权限控制在最少人员范围内——目前仅创始人本人。
9. 变更
本说明如有实质性变更，我们会更新上方日期；若项目正在进行中，我们会直接告知你。
